At Camellia Wedding Gown, we want you to feel radiant on your special day; if your gown isn't the perfect fit, we offer returns on unworn, unaltered items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that custom-made orders and final sale bridal accessories are ineligible for return due to their bespoke nature.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our bridal concierge via email with your order number and photos of the gown to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully place the gown in its original garment bag and shipping box, ensuring all tags are attached and the delicate lace or beadwork is protected.
Ship Your Return
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 5 business days of receiving your RMA.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team confirms the gown is in its original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
