What is your return policy for bridal wear?
Due to the delicate and made-to-order nature of our gowns, we do not accept returns. However, if there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a resolution.

How should I store my gown until the wedding day?
Keep your gown in the breathable garment bag provided, away from direct sunlight, moisture, and heat. We recommend hanging the dress by the inner security loops to prevent stretching the shoulder fabric.
